Customer may return any Skate Solutions Product within 365 calendar days of receiving the Product and receive a refund of the purchase price; provided that: (i) Customer notify Skate Solutions via email to within 365 calendar days or Customer’s receipt of the Product that Customer explicitly and irrevocably wishes to return the Product; (ii) Customer pay for the return freight; (iii) the Product is received by Skate Solutions in the original packaging, unopened and unused; and (iv) the Product is in the same condition as it was when received by the Customer.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the right to return a Product against a refund does not apply to Products which Skate Solutions, at the Customer’s request, has ordered/acquired specifically for the Customer from a third party; or to Products that have been manufactured or modified specifically to the Customer per instructions/requirements from the Customer in the Purchase Order.
Service

Services such as ""stunt scooter assembly"" or ""custom scooter assembly"" are not refundable nor the product that is subject to the service. The general right of return and return conditions are waived when purchasing this type of service.
How long do I have to return my order?
At Skate Solutions, we always offer one full year of return right (does not apply to items bought in stores - see more on your receipt from the store). If you regret your purchase, simply go through the returns process, which you start by clicking the button above.
We recommend that you take good care of the product. The item must have been tried on, but not used to an extent so that it cannot be sold again. Otherwise, you must pay for the depreciation. Just in case, save instructions for use, tags, molded plastic and the like so that we can get it all back if you regret the purchase.

Please note that the return package must be delivered directly to this address. It will not be collected from a parcel shop.
Can I return all products?
No, not all orders can be returned. You cannot return a service that you had performed on one of your products or a custom product that is specially adapted to your needs. More details: terms of use.
Will I be refunded the shipping costs?

When will I be refunded for my return?
It takes up to 14 working days (Mon-Fri) for your package to arrive and be processed at our warehouse. It usually takes 2-5 banking days before the money is in your account, and in rare cases up to 10 banking days. This depends on the payment method and your bank.
